Auto body shop in Tulsa, OK
Collision, paint and insurance in one place.
Daviel's Paint, Body & Collision is a family-owned shop on East Pine Street, in business since 2012. The body work, the paint and the insurance paperwork all happen under one roof, and the estimate is free.
Most people only go looking for a body shop after something has already gone wrong, so the first questions tend to be the same. Who can fix this? Will my insurance cover it? How long will I be without the car? And what does it cost just to find out? This page answers those for our shop, starting with the last one: finding out costs nothing.
Three jobs, one shop
A lot of repairs get passed between businesses. One place does the metal, another does the paint, and the insurance side is handled by whoever picks up the phone. Every hand-off is a chance for a delay or a detail that slips through. At Daviel's the same crew writes the estimate, does the body work, sprays the paint and does the final polish, and the person who talks to your adjuster has actually seen your car.
Collision repair
Collision damage is rarely just the panel you can see. A hit to one corner can push back the bumper reinforcement, bend brackets and move the headlight mounts. We take the damaged area apart, find everything the impact touched, and repair or replace it, including frame and structural damage when the hit went that deep. Smaller jobs are welcome too: dents, creased doors, deep scratches and scuffed or cracked bumpers.
Paint and refinishing
We refinish in AkzoNobel automotive coatings mixed to your car's factory paint code. Before anything touches the car, we spray a test card and check it against your paint in daylight, then blend into the neighbouring panels so the new paint does not stand out next to the old. More on how we match color.
Insurance claims
We accept all major insurers, deal with the adjuster directly, and write the supplement when we find damage that was not on the first estimate. In Oklahoma you choose the repair shop, not the insurance company. Here is how a claim runs with us, step by step.
What your first visit is like
You do not need an appointment. Come by Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We are at 5014 E Pine St in Tulsa, and you can park out front. Here is what happens next.
- 1Someone from the shop walks around the car with you. Tell us what happened and point out anything you have noticed since, like a noise, a door that sticks or a light on the dash.
- 2We look closely at the damage and take photos. If something can only be judged once a part comes off, we tell you that up front instead of guessing.
- 3You get a free written estimate. It lists the parts, the labor and the paint, and it tells you how long we expect the repair to take.
- 4If insurance is involved, we go through the claim with you: who to call, what to tell them, and what we take care of from there.
- 5You decide. There is no obligation, and nobody will push you to book the work on the spot.
If you would rather speak Spanish, just say so. Hablamos Español, and we can take you through the whole visit in Spanish.
Can't get away? Text us photos
If it is hard to get here during the week, start with your phone. Text photos of the damage to (918) 951‑1473 and we will come back to you with an estimate based on what we can see. Take one photo of the whole side of the car and a couple of close-ups, and include the year, make and model.
A photo estimate is a starting point. Once the car is in the shop and we can see behind the panel, we confirm the number with you before any work begins.
What to bring
- The car, and the keys
- Your claim number and the name of your insurance company, if you have already filed
- The estimate the insurance company wrote, if they have sent you one
- Nothing at all, if you just want a number. We can start from scratch.
Paying for the repair
With a claim, the insurance company pays for the approved repair and you are responsible for your deductible, if your policy has one. Without a claim, you pay us directly from the written estimate, which is common for small dents and scuffs that sit under the deductible anyway. If the total is more than you want to pay at once, we offer financing through Snap Finance.
A family-owned shop since 2012
Daviel's is family owned and has been in business on East Pine Street since 2012. Customers come to us from across Tulsa and from Owasso, Turley, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow and Sand Springs. If you are driving in from out of town, texting photos first can save you a trip: we can tell you what the repair involves before you make the drive.
Bring it by, or send a photo
The estimate is free.
Walk in with no appointment, text us photos of the damage, or fill out our contact form. There is no obligation. Hablamos Español.
